• Team collaboration and task management

3. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through integrated messaging platforms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the Platform to send messages that violate Meta's policies

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). By using these integrations:

• You agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies
• You acknowledge that Meta may change or discontinue APIs at any time
• You are responsible for ensuring your messaging complies with applicable laws
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by Meta regarding your accounts
• You must have proper authorization to connect business accounts

6. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Free trial periods are subject to our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byPropBox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropBox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
